Brief description
The city of Oldenburg intends to develop the former air base Oldenburg into a sustainable new urban district. The goal is to design a robust urban and open space framework that incorporates the existing qualities of the site. At the same time, the development of a sustainable water and energy concept is aimed at, which develops out of the inherent logic of the place. An intensive participation and activation of the citizens of Oldenburg offers the unique opportunity to weave the future quarter into the urban fabric from the very beginning,
